Alice Kao has been teaching elementary through advanced levels of Mandarin Chinese at 海角大神 since 1997. Her research interests include history and formation of the Chinese characters, Chinese dialectology and applied pedagogical Chinese linguistics. She also serves as a part time translator and interpreter.
